Hello Lolita. What you’re feeling is quite normal and could be triggered or worsened by end of year blues. You can sit down and think through the feelings (are they backed by fact? What can I do to resolve?). As for KZbin, remember that you’re in Australia, not America. So be sure that you have realistic expectations (I’m not saying you don’t or that you shouldn’t aspire for more). Whenever I feel discouraged about a disparity between my efforts and external validation, I remember a quote: Optimize for Impact, not visibility. Are you making an impact? I say “Yes, you are” I pray for God’s strength in your heart. PS: Did you buy the washing machine yourself? Were the traveling/packing bolts removed before installation? Check the manual to see how to find out. Most people don’t know that they should remove them. And that causes excessive vibration when the machine is used

It’s probably just a bit of depression. Everyone gets it now and again. Move back to Sydney. Heaps of LAME jobs going, $180k+. My hubby works for a major airline now, best time to get into the industry.

I definitely feel much better now 😊 The way you mention this move back to Sydney it’s not that easy to just pack up and leave, but I do get what you mean. You know even the LAME jobs Australian certification is required with lots of experience. Wow, congratulations 🙌 to your hubby! That’s really amazing.Pls show us the way!Is your husband LAME certified? Welpz, it may not be the usual depression, and maybe you're right - maybe it's literally just one of those days that are 'yuck'. We all have them! And yes, it's 'just that easy to move back'. Remember, we did it! But I guess it depends on your visa, etc. Another family that moved to Hobart a year before we did, is moving back to Sydney in December - they've also had enough. We knew that would happen, as you already know, we found it too depressing for words. Do you want me to call you? I think I might still have your number - just checked, and yes I still do!
