2 large potatoes (500g)
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
some chopped parsley
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 egg
3/4 cup of breadcrumbs (100g)
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
some dried parsley (optional)

Looks so good and going to make a big batch right now! Will only use a small amount of butter in a non-stick pan since only the outside egg with bread crumbs needs to be browned slightly. Hope to freeze some otherwise I will try to eat them until they are all gone.

Its great ! Instead of 2 potatoes, I will use 1 potato and (Indian) batana powder, so as to reduce starch. The rest of the ingredients will be the same.Thanks for your creativity.

Jedynie proste, ale nie szybkie, trzeba sie niezłe narobić: mieszać, kroić , ręka wygniatac, rolowac, widelcem cos wyciskać,potem znowu paplac sie w jaju.tytuł sugeruje, ze dwa ziemniaki i jajo wystarczy, tylko o ile pietruche mozna jeszcze w domu miec, to parmezan zalicza sie raczej do składników luksusowych, wiec trzeba do tych dwóch ziemniaków dokupić ten ser. W końcowym efekcie podsmażenie tych tylko dwóch ziemniaków okazuje sie drogą, pracochłonna zabawa. Posprzątać jeszcze tez po frytowaniu trzeba, a oleju co nie miara i nie tylko na patelni.
