Ingredients:
3 potatoes (700g-800g)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of turmeric
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese (40g)( optional)
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of grated Gouda , or Mozzarella cheese (100g) (optional)
3/4 cup of breadcrumbs (100g)
vegetable oil for frying

Quite similar with malaysian recipe..In Malaysia this recipe called Begedil..but we don"t use cheese dan tumeric..but we mixed it with minced beef and the size is smaller than this
