For the record you should combine this mod with the battle royale mod, makes a surprisingly fun combo. You don't have to justify, just wait the starting time and wargoals for everyone. As for the faction spam there should be a thing to stop it, you might've accidentally turned it on with the starting pop ups. Just be aware player led peace conferences doesn't work with it.
