Yes, because absolutes totally exist and the law is immutable until it isn't. I mean, we have a justice system based on "precedence". So as long as that out of context ruling that has very little to do with anything that's going on today actually happened, then sure. Why not twice? The laughability of a system taking it's own previous decisions into account while asking other people to remain completely neutral, which is impossible, is off the charts. The only reason it's taken seriously is because they have guns pointed at you, and you might feel like continuing to live sometimes. More often than not, "probably", or they wouldn't be betting so hard on the threat of death establishing authority.

He's got the point. Judging someone by their tattoo is not the same as judging someone by their appearance. There are two main factors that determine your appearance: 1. What we have naturally acquired (height, skin color, facial features, etc.) 2. What we have done to ourselves (style of clothing, piercings, tattoos, etc.). Judging someone by the first category is indeed inappropriate. Because a person has no influence on it, so they cannot suggest what kind of person someone is. But judging by the second category can already tell a lot about a person. How you dress, whether and what tattoos you have are a form of expression of what's in your mind. So it is completely reasonable to assume that when someone tattoos their face to resemble the Joker, youd don't expect that such a person is completely normal.

Yes, but it does not imply the nature of my looks are coherent with what these markers mean in your head. It's easy to laugh about such critical examples, the problem is, that people tend to karry this behaviour to much more vague cases, from which the majority consists. We can collect data from appearance, but we can't judge solely on that. Even in this case. I know it's a comedic video, but I also know that people actually think like that in real life. That's why it bothers me.

The interesting thing about these tattoos is that he got most of them while incarcerated after the murders. He is a narcisstic psychopath but he is also a deeply fearful person. These tattoos are a defense mechanism. He spends his days in fear of others and these tattoos are to ward off people he feels threatened by in prison. Ultimately he is a coward who is desperately trying to look scary. He chose victims that were no threat to him and he did it out of a need to control someone.
