It is not just claiming when it is not your turn, but claiming well before your turn. So 3 or 4 claiming when 2 should be is generally fine (or not people lie), but 14 claiming anytime before it is at least 11’s turn to claim is suspicious.

in Better ToS2 pandora TT you always claim alignment d1 else you get hanged or shot by vigi. So many games you have full alignment by the end of d2, even before VFR is completed.

That's mostly because people are active enough in BTOS2 to be able to complete VFA within a day in the first place, I think. In AA it's better to just follow a more consistent flow of things, mostly because everything else is pretty chaotic already, on top of people just being plain AFK/passive.

Not sure if you were aware but just in case: You were using theory instead of hypothesis. Theory is developed and used to describe a pattern that's already been identified while hypothesis would be something you think is the case but haven't got evidence of yet but they aren't interchangeable. "The theory of evils claiming earlier than they should came from my hypothesis I formed and tested over a few months"
