Excellent video! Your content validated my feelings and gave me clarity about things I experienced towards the end of an extremely toxic relationship with a malignant covert narcissist. I didn't know or even understand what was happening. The narcissist devalued me constantly and started a romantic relationship with an acquaintance of mine and kept it hidden from me for over 1 year! When I made it clear that I had enough and that I wanted nothing to do with him romantically, he acted like he understood and requested that we remain friends. Then he would, out of nowhere, say you probably will never speak to me again then disappear for a few days then act like nothing happened, or I keep trying to leave you but I just can't which I thought was weird because he had new supply and I was alone. Then I took my power back and went no contact, and I haven't looked back since. 💨🙏💪🏾

It got so bad with the narc I was with that it was just total rejection after a while. At first she came into my life , and told me things like she wanted to have children with me , she wished I was the father of the children she already had. She would tell me how great I was , and how much she had loved me for years before we even got together. After a while it got to the point that even when I would say something sweet to her , she would never respond. She never said anything back to me in an intimate way. There was no affection , no intimacy , and definitely no sex between us. She couldn’t even show me any attention at all relationship wise. She would even pull away when I went to kiss her. Throughout everything she still managed to tell me that she loved me , but after the discard , and after telling me she wanted things to be fixed between us , she quit telling me she loved me. All of a sudden everything was about me and how I ruined our relationship just because I would tell her how she made me feel , and would ask her why she always rejected me. During that discard I started getting ignored , the silent treatment for days , and she would ghost me every night that she was talking to me. She would never text me at all unless I text her first. But after all of this , she made sure she would try making me feel obligated to give her money for her rent at her roommates apartment. Not to mention the whole time we were together I paid all the rent and utilities. I paid for every single thing down to the clothes she had on her back , the vapes and cigarettes she smoked. I mean I took care of everything because she couldn’t keep a job and would quit the very day she started. I understand she was just using me now , but I let my feelings for her blind me for a year and a half. Now we’ve been broken up for 3 months , and I couldn’t handle it anymore , now I’m day 6 of no contact. I still have yet to hear from her , and she hasn’t tried hoovering me yet , but I’m sure she will since this isn’t the first time that I’ve been discarded from this cold hearted woman. There’s so much more that I could write about , but I’ve said enough. I will say that since I’ve went no contact , when I start missing her , for whatever reason I don’t know , or when I get that lonely feeling , I find it helps to watch these videos , and I think of all the things she has done to me , and everything I’ve lost being with this woman. My point being , whatever helps you get away from these cold hearted people , do it. Another word , don’t ever let another person cheat on you rather that be physically or emotionally. Cheating is cheating and that should be the line you can’t ever cross back over. Get rid of them. Thanks for everyone’s time who actually read this comment. I wish all of us narc survivors the best and a happy life. We can get away from these people and never let this happen again. The thing is many times we should know how to balance the relationship by simply put all of that energy back to us. Do not give to her all the time everything you have keep things for you and see what happens. if she doesn't make any significant steps back then she really is not worth it. I was diagnose BPD 3 months into relationship (36) 38 now. I now know I have a lot Of autistic/adhd traits and have had them from childhood. I dysregulated and cried what feels like everyday. This has got worse since the final discard 10 weeks ago. I was abusive verbally, which got very bad at the end. She rarely abused me in any outward way. To be honest i used to call her normal and think she was an angel. It was me that was the issue. I only saw her cry 3-4 times in 3 years. The dysregulation was always around lack of validation and abandonment. I only grew suspicious somthing was off, which was a feeling I had throughout the whole relationship but put it down to BPD. at the end but was discarded before I realised and had any chance to confirm my thinking/feeling. The breakup has left me really messed up. I bounce between the signs I seen throughout the relationship and believing I have NPD. I own up to my part, but I need to know if she was a covert as I suspected or if she was the angel she made out to be to everyone else. It’s a horrible crossroad. I don’t need closure. I need clarity to move forward. I feel like I’m suffering covert narc abuse or narc mortification. Seriously because I have no clarity it feels like I’m experiencing both and it’s doing big damage to me fast.

I've had the same struggle with ending my 41 yr marriage. I understand what you're dealing with on both sides - stay or leave? First, be in constant prayer for wisdom, Protection and guidance. Pray for your husband and don't stop no matter what your decision is about the relationship. Second, find a trustworthy source to talk to who understands this behavior. Third, we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers. It isn't man that is separating you, it is the influences of these powers. The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. Be aware, this behavior DOES take a physical, mental and relational toll on you - not in them. With God's guidance, you will make the decision that is right for you.
