if you're in a new area, always check corners, the ceiling, behind you, and the floor/invisible gaps. :D

First time I got to that spot I was tempted to sneak up on those two, but my subconscious yelled at me that it was a trap and I slowed down just in time to see the spear guy come down the stairs. Managed to back out before I was spotted and kited the guy with an arrow to the head instead.

The enemies having insane amounts of poise for no reason and busting out attacks that give them hyper armor is one of my least favorite parts of the dlc. Can't attack shit, have to trade with everything.
