@@meu02136ngl hated the game when it first came out then my dad started playing it (he hates any and every game that’s forced multiplayer, until this one) tried playing it so I could have a game to play with him. Then I dropped it due to the bias I built up to it. Recently got back into it and once you get past lvl 50 it’s actually really fun. The builds in it are amazing the bosses all of it. Anyhoo I’m not saying you’re wrong maybe you have played it recently and still hate it but there is the saying “everyone deserves a second chance” for a reason.

The exception seems to be dlc encounters and certain notable "ambush" locations. Some fixed location NPCs also seem to have a chance to "hold back." Best solution from me is to disable gun effects before launching, these fuck up the game no matter how strong your rig is. Also there is a mod that prevents certain objects from loading, as CE is loading all objects etc. at the same time, which may cause overloading on low-end PCs, hence, crashing every few minutes

The luckiest I've ever gotten in fallout 4... Was back when it first released. I got it on ps4 and this was before they added the mod feature. I ended up bugging out my powercore in my Gatling laser and gave it infinite ammo. No matter how many times I put it away, fast traveled, or died it never broke. And I finished the entire game with that infinite Gatling laser.

Mine was having my first legendary be a kneecapper 10mm pistol, easiest run ever because 90% of the enemies couldn’t fight if they couldn’t walk lol

Well for that there is a legendary effect that gives them unlimited ammo also a unique named 1 as well IIRC

@@bigpimpinmajesty6842 the most OP weapon i find was a legendary ripper with the stagger legendary effect, and because the ripper will continuosly dish out damage like a chainsaw its almost always stun the enemy making any fight in your favour even if you are out leveled by the enemy, but still its not that good if you fight a hoard of ghouls

Mine was when I got my the time slows down when last round of clip on a hunting rifle. Only thing that beat it was time slows down when zoomed in. On the exact same fucking rifle.

extreme luck? there are no raiders of any stripe because there wouldn't be. Where do they come from, how do they replace dead raiders? Live by the gun, die by the gun. There would be no trust in that hierarchy. there are no super stupid mutants as the FEV was a secret project in California, not in Massachusetts, and there is no way to communicate across the country. you could hire the gunners because the f-ing load screen says so.
