MS: You probably have the transferrable skills to be a property rental manager or a storage rental manager. You certainly have an abundance of " property management skills"! PS: As a bonus, many property managers get free or reduced rent for being an on- site manager.

Middle of nowhere is not much better. You have all of the problems of the big city, in the middle of nowhere. Drugs, alcoholism, homelessness, domestic abuse, crime, obesity , etc. It's just more spread out and you are given the illusion that it doesn't exist when in reality, if it's out of sight, it's out of mind.

First time I cam to your channel .... I share your pain MillennialSteam. Today was a bad day at the company I work in. Currently I am searching for a new job, so I can jump ship ... wish you the best my man. Companies today are really trashy. Employees are living to keep the bosses life style, your supervisors always remember the negatives you commit but nothing else, communication has always break down into text messages/emails with no actual communication by speaking, the health problems you as a regular folk has is a none issue to companies ... for the most part the people who are successful at times don't understand or have forgotten the difficulties the regular joe has.

MS: While Evil Corpse can fire you any time for no reason, here's something to consider: when they threaten to fire you, sternly remind them all that you do for the company and how fast your department, other departments would fall apart If you were to suddenly leave the company. Your bosses jobs would also be on the chopping block for gross mismanagement. While they consider you, expendable, you can take them and possibly the whole corporation ( the domino effect) in bankruptcy. Call it your personal " scorched earth policy" also your personal " dead man's switch" Rea-vxnge is a dish best served cold!

MS : Why can't you steal a worker from the tech department and replace your gen - zzz? If there are any potential layoffs in the tech department, you should get first - dibbs on any one of them who would be willing to work for you. The level of pay offered, of course, would be up to your superiors.

What definitely doesn't help is that we have those HR ladies doing the hiring for jobs that they have no clue about and making the same job postings that they are not going to hire for. I think it's about time we got rid of that industry because it has been proving itself to be a liability. It never should have been used to replace unions.
