Since you know what you're doing -- and the mods make sense. (I always hated it was "everyone versus you".... the enemies can be enemies with each other, too!!)

rook seems pretty strong late game, lol i think the thing is sergeant usually gets a decent power-up immediately in other classes but instead you only get +1 aim and will for the first mission, so it's not too unbalanced, since not having that power makes it harder to use in missions as a proper sergeant. saying that, suppression that prevents enemies from moving+shooting is craaazy at rank 2. got a guy who might get flanked? just suppress lol, if they want to flank they can't shoot, if they want to shoot they can't flank.

This can escalate quickly to something the mobs wiping the floor with you. Odd had such a experience lately. The chem guys are overpowered, i can tell you this from looking once. Not only are the immune to almost all good effects, they got upon 2 armor and seemingly a deep punch. Look what they do to that one guy, that was 6 damage ? And he even got one armor. Anyone of your men probably would be dead after one encounter with them.

instead of the choice of 3, the mod should just give some random selected class, after a basic assortment of the normal classes. the choice creation is somewhat not feeling so good.

I think you should have at least 5 choices of class rather than just 3. Some of the combos are really good. Would make the play through really cool to get a bunch of awesome characters rolls. Choosing between just 3 leaves you wing some pretty insipid options.

There is a mod that adds Mobile Task Forces from the SCP Foundation. If you don't know the lore, all you really need to know is the MTFs all have different specialties (the one from this episode specializes in hazardous chemicals) or strange technologies or abilities.
