What an insane loadout, primary that gives max hp and is good burst damage, secondary that is ALSO good burst damage and also lifesteals, alongside an utility that gives both health regen and defense. Rough maths say that 35% decaying defense and 250HP equals 250-337.5 effective max HP, which is on par with roughly a movement 3 da capo or 20 body smile, AND you have strong health regen that surpasses da capo's passive AoE lifesteal by miles. You can one-shot people without major cooldown like Smile's abilities, and have a ranged weapon that helps with your survivability. The only real drawback is the elixir's unreliability and that you have to stop what you're doing to drink it, but unlike with da capo and smile you won't be a massive target besides your high killstreak, which makes this kit basically a 2-3/4th strenght Lobcorp killstreak item. Overall, would make for a good golden kit.

Sneakers is actually a very interesting case. Sometimes they won't go away from you even if you get damaged and that is not a rare chance. Sneakers were probably buggy since the begging
