Where And How To Use Crab Trap

Crab fishing can be entertaining and rewarding. Using multiple traps can make for a great meal for you and your family. Look for docks or structured area to put your trap along the bottom of the sea floor. My suggestion is to use some raw chicken or the leftover fish heads and guts from a cleaning station as the bait in the trap.

no,a a few people I've ran into felt the same and had rancid bait.crabs like fresh stinky bait such as chicken or bunker but not anything sour stinky

Ever have crabs just stop taking interest in a chicken quarter after about 12 hours? I don't know if smell has anything to do with it, but when that chicken starts to look gross, the crabs start to lose interest...
