I genuinely believe this series could be successfully resurrected, if given the love and attention it deserves. A couple of remakes of the early titles, and then a proper reboot that continues the storylines.

Enjoy the true story type war game like the Medal of Honor & Brothers in Arms game that tapped into the real storyline of veterans & gave us some great memories of playing these types of war games. One recommended game I'd suggest you to take a look at based on a true story is (Velvet Assassin - Xbox 360) thank you for the memories off these types of games that I've enjoyed playing over the years great videos

Velvet Assassin was cool, last level sucked. Recommend checking out the Commandos WW2 games too. I think we're going to get a new one this year.

The original was a game I remember playing soon after it came out, which was right at the time when I was getting interested in WW2, so, in a way, I am one of those people you mentioned that got interested because of this series. IMO it is super special, and something that I doubt we see again any time soon.

Recently, over the past few months, I’ve been on a MOH kick, from the first one on the PS1 and Underground to Frontline, Rising Sun, and European Assault. Just played the 2010 one, and that was awesome. Keep up the good work, this is great stuff!

The console medal of honors leading into allied assault and its expansions on the PC were the greatest of all time. The multiplayer, the clans, the people it was the greatest time for pc gaming. Still playing today

I know a lot of morons complain said they experienced WWII FPS Fatigue, but why aren't they experiencing Modern Warfare FPS fatigue? Hypocrisy, much?

There were a lot of WW2 games back then. Going modern warfare was a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, we haven't gotten a great modern warfare game now either. We still get WW2 games today. Sniper Elite in particular, though I wish they'd do a game focused on the Pacific Theater or another war.

Medal of Honor can easily be resurrected. Here is my plan 1. MOH must take what Cod was successful on: health regeneration and one man with a whole platoon instead of one man army. 2. You can also include stealth/ infiltration missions inspired by successful Cod missions like in Cod 4 and modern warfare 2 and 3 ( a squad of 5 men or just to 2 men instead of being just you) during these missions you can take German uniforms and IDs to Infiltrate German bases. 3. Make a mix of large battles and infiltrations 4. Use real-life stories, characters, and battles 5. Make a survival and tactical style game like 6 days in fallujah. Instead of a fast-paced shooter like Cod. 6. MOH must preseve its original soundtrack, it must not use a rap bullshit like modern games.

At least I kept my old PlayStation medal of honors. But everytime I replay them I never skip the intro I also enjoy watching them especially the old black & white footages they show.
