He murdered his boys in his home. That is why the place was wrecked. Why would the house be wrecked? Because he had to chase them down. Remember the guy who shot his 3 boys in front of his wife?? He had to snatch one of them from his wife, and shot him, and he had to chase one down in a nearby field. These 3 boys were about the same age. They would not sit about while their father was murdering them one by one. I think he then took a major temper tantrum and wrecked the house. Then transported the bodies to the place he buried them. may they rest in peace. I watched this case on Chasing Evil with the Foreman Brothers, they tracked the possible burial place, and also found.a Spiderman glove, which their Mother said one of the boys owned. No guarantee it was THEIR glove, but they got that the boys were strangled, with his belt. Well worth a look at. They gave their evidence over to the police and the Mother knows about the evidence as she was interviewed by them.

I agree with you... some years ago in my town a mother and daughter turned against their family members killing 5 people (moms sister and her daughters aged 9 and moms own daughter and son ages 24 and 13) the mom and daughter were found in bed together both hardly coherent but the house was tore up.. poor son (13) was found with his foot thru the wall.. thankfully they were given 5 life sentences! I have always wondered why the house would have been torn up and it's probably just as you said or very similar! I hope these boys are found one day!!

It is not nice to hear, but it is a fact. There are so many examples of children being found in bed .. after being murdered. I don't believe a word this guy says about an Amish family, or underground organisation that protects kids or they are on a farm. FFS they are adults now, if they were alive they would find their Mother. They were old enough to have a memory of her. He murdered them, and disposed of them, the ultimate punishment for the Mother. Broke his ankle trying to commit suicide, or broke his ankle in the commission of a homicide. The prosecution musk ask; (1) Where were the children when you tried to commit suicide. (2) Where were you when you tried to commit suicide. (3) What method did you employ in failed suicide attempt. (4) Where were the children when you booked yourself into the hospital. (5) Reason for galavanting around the outback. (6) The reason for the self confession note. (7) The reason for trashing the house. There's enough incriminating evidence, I believe, for a successful indictment on a charge of Filicide. People have been found guilty of similar crimes with less available evidence.

This case has had national attention and been covered by several popular true crime podcasts and KZbinrs. It’s been featured on a lot of those true crime television shows like ‘Chasing Evil’, ‘True Crime News’, ‘Real Life Nightmare’, ‘Love Marry Kill’, etc…Crime Junkie, True Crime Garage, Stephanie Harlow, Dr Grande, etc. It’s beyond frustrating though, they need to be found and this monster put away forever. In 2007, a 14 year old boy went missing near me. He’s never been found, and his adopted “father” 100% killed him. He’s still free to this day. Jaliek Rainwalker 😢

This case was a prime example of yet another abuser being enabled by the courts. Not only enabled, but empowered to do even more damage when they allowed him to run the show. Nic from TGC hit the nail on the head when he said this douche bag is just punishing his ex. It's textbook. (True Crime Garage: Great show by the way.) Utmost respect to Nic refusing to be a part of continuing the abuse of the boys' mother, and for telling it like it is. So he's in prison, he has been for like 10 years. At the time they didn't want to charge him with murder in case he wasn't found guilty through lack of evidence. What they do is charge with a "lesser crime" ( in this case it was charges of false imprisonment or something) they do that because they know they have enough to charge with that and then it gives police the time to find more evidence of murder. If they charged him with murder and the jury finds him not guilty, in some places they can't charge him with that again if they do manage to find more evidence later. It also means that he's imprisoned and can't do any more things to cover his crimes while the investigation continues.

Also, one of the things police do sometimes is, when the person has served their time and their release date comes, the prisoner packs all their stuff up, gives away their tvs ect, get their clothes back and think they are leaving, then when they walk out he gate and their parents are waiting to pick them up, the police re arrest them for the new charges. I'm really hoping this is what's going to happen and the public just haven't been made privy to any new evidence

Hes been charged for what they had evidence of at the time, which was something like false imprisonment of the boys. So he's been serving time fornthat for like 10 years. The reason they do that is if they had charged him with murder of the three boys and they didn't have evidence of it, in court the jury could find him not guilty and then he would have walked. @@margaretcastellano3167 I want to agree. My mother was a financial advisor for El Paso County child support in Colorado, regardless of major debts, parents do not unalive children, they unalive ex-spouse. The mother made more money than the father. Children are unalived for revenge, period….

This case is local to me and I was a very young adult. It has stuck with me forever. My husband actually worked at Chase Brass when they dredged the retention pond there. I can’t believe John is going to be released. Absolutely awful. I want to add that just because Tanya committed the horrendous crime she did absolutely does not mean she harmed her children. The minor in her situation was a teenager not a prepubescent child. It’s repulsive and disgusting but absolutely not an indication that she harmed her children in any way.

I don't presume to know everything about Amish etc culture but I am kinda shocked that this first part of video they are going no way the kids wouldn't look for mom or remember they have parents etc. If they were left with random Amish couple or on side of road in Amish country that they don't like involving the police, they don't listen to news, watch tv or see anything on social media. I'm not saying he may not have killed these poor boys but I also think they are dismissing that possibility that the boys could have been raised for 14 yrs in an Amish community and nobody there would want to talk or talk to police. Interesting story that I had not heard of.

I understand what you’re saying and where you’re coming from but the difference between the two is her children were actually found buried in her fifth husband backyard so they actually found the bodies and in this case there has been no bodies recovered. There’s been no evidence of a foul play that a murder even happened.

We don't have all of the facts, I guess I'm just wondering why a judge found the father so unfit (which I believe was probably a correct decision) but a sex offender was given custody? I have to think, was there a 3rd option available that might have given these boys a fighting chance? It's just me questioning all aspects of this case. I understand no one has an answer. We weren't in the court room to hear what a judge heard.

That facebook post he made. .... was just super suoer eerie. Omg OMG thats scary because you know by then he either already did somthing or about to do something right after making that facebook post. And by where are the brothers ? That means where are the two boys ? Or is there 3 boys missing? It never ends up turning a good outcome when the children of a parent is missing . Look at chris watts .... they were missing and the entire time they were perished . So sad and scary. It would be nice if he maybe kept them somewhere alive and safe instead of offing them but by now someone would have came up with them or found them by now. This is sad

I'm 65 this year. My only hope in two cases of missing/dead kids, the Skelton brothers and Kyron Horman, is that we know what happened to them before I die. I can't get these cases out of my head. Millions of kids have gone missing, but nothing has affected me like this. Please find them someone.

Why haven’t we ever been told what exactly the reason for his broken ankle occurred..and where? It no doubt happened while he was either killing or disposing of his little boys. That prosecutor is the reason that things don’t progress. Sure a prosecutor never wants to lose but that shouldn’t be the reason this case doesn’t even start.
