I've been trying to figure out how to and what to invest in and smartly I invested myself my talents, I recently resigned from my 9-5 and decided to fully commit to my gifts and talent in the beauty industry and so far it's been great ! Hi Anna, I stumbled on your channel because I am extremely demotivated with my 9-5, the pay and just tired of being broke. I made some bad financial descisions that is costing me dearly. I am desperate and have been spending alot of my time watching videos on getting out of debt, investing, taxation and investing in real estate but everything was from a US or overseas backgound. I felt like I found a gold mine when I saw your video and that you are a Jamaican withthe Jamaican perspective. LOVE IT!!. I love your videos they are awesome and very informative. I studied accounting in university and now I teach business at a high school but most of what I learnt was not from school. Its such a shame. I have been learning much about financial literacy and whatever I share with my students is from books that I have read ( e.g. rich dad poor dad) and my own research. The school curriculum does not have anything on financial literacy unless the student does some form of accounting , economics or principles of business and still it does not include the essentials of financial education that would allow them to be more financially literate and make good financial decisions. I am really excited that I found your channel, financial literacy is a topic that I have grown passionate about and I need to learn how to be a wise investor as well as how to have multiple income streams. I will invest in myself and buy your book as well as join the money societe 😊. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and gifts.

@@ericwedderburn2829 Hi Eric, thank you for asking. I appreciate it. Yes. I am doing better financially, still have ways to go. But improvements made. Believe it or not am still reading Anna's book. It's a great nugget. I have cleared three of the smaller debts using the strategies from her book and from Robert Kiyosaki. l have two left but those are the larger ones which am working on. I now have a compulsory savings account and investment account. I need to put some more effort into the investment options. However, I am reassessing to see how best I can create more passive income. I earn otherwise through extra classes but its is not passive income.

I think you should have mentioned that your **dividend payout** will depend on the amount of shares you own plus the $ value of the dividend. Not all payouts are **livable income**
