Unfortunately , that "sinner's prayer" can not do anything for you and your salvation . Nowhere in the Bible can you find such . You can only be saved through the BLOOD of CHRIST and the act of OBEDIENCE through ; believing in the WORD of GOD; confessing that HE is the LORD ; repenting of your ways ;and following HIM in baptism and being raised up out of the water , which represents the death ,burial , and resurrection of JESUS . I was an alcoholic for over 30 years and a drug addict and Jesus took my addiction away. How do I know that it was Jesus? You may ask. Shortly before my baptism I went to my room to pray for the right words to say as to why I was getting baptised, and these words came into my mind, A friend I didn't know I had was nailed upon a tree, he could have saved himself but died to set me free, he doesn't ask for anything but gives abundantly, that man who died, was crucified, for a drunkard such as me. I had never written a poem before or since. I went to rehab 3 times and was a functioning alcoholic and mostly a happy drunk, except when I had drunk more than a bottle of whiskey. 2 years 1 month and 11 days (today) without alcohol. I don't even think about booze now, but it used to be breakfast dinner and tea. Thank you Jesus. From Dagenham Dave.

Doubt here is Cain was the very first son of Adam and Eve, Cain murdered Abel and then the next verse mentioned about Cain's affairs with his wife of which compared to time frame from Adam's next child's birthed it was obvious that there was a certain group of people lived too. I was raised a Muslim but received Jesus Christ when I went to a Baptist primary school where we used to have moral instruction taught by the pastor every Fridays. He taught us memory verses and often invite us just to go recite them in church as part of school test. This was done in regular bases and from there I was converted. I couldn't serve food to my grand dad who brought me up bc I was then considered an unbeliever. I finally encouraged my mom to become a Christian. Good news: Before my dad's passing he appreciated my christian values. My Muslim brothers could still dads sheep but most often since I knew sheep raring was his great hobby , I will replenish them for Gods glory. I keep thanking God for taking me out of darkness into His marvelous light. Thank you too for today's teaching. I'm blessed

I almost was kicked out of Catholic school in the second grade. Monsignor was asking for questions, I raised my hand and asked if Cain married an ape woman? Sister grabbed me and marched me to the office. I sat waiting for my mom to come. When they told her what I did, she said she has been wondering about that for months. So if they thought nothing of being sexual with each other, could it be that either son (Cain, Abel or Seth) could have possibly impregnated Eve? What about the possibility of Adam and Eve having a daughter and later on Adam impregnating his own daughter. After all, there was a story in the Bible which I remember reading about 2 daughters going to a mountain with their father, getting him drunk from wine and each night one of the two daughters would sleep with their own father. I believe one of them even gave birth to twins.

God rested on the 7th day. That’s in Genesis 2:2. What did He rest from? Creating the heavens and the earth, and ALL THE HOSTS OF THEM. That’s Genesis 2:1. So, what is a host of the earth? Exodus 12:40-41 “Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years. And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the HOSTS of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.” Wait a minute, back up here. When did God decide to create Adam? Genesis 2:5 “…and there was no man to till the ground.” This was after the 7th day. I hope you can see this needs to be looked into. Don’t just listen to guys like this.

What we call "incest" today was not judged in their generation, because the law had not yet been spoken/written, "you shall not uncover your sister's nakedness". (Leviticus 18:2); "where there is no law, sin is not imputed" (Romans 5:13)

Lies...The Bible does not tell us everything that happened during this time. The Book would be too large to read. It tells us God made the first people but it does not say they were the only ones. Scripture tells us Cain went to a far off land and for God to promise to keep him safe means there were other people during this time. The bible does not say Eve had a daughter at this time. Look at the different races. God obviously created more than just Adam and Eve.

Yes there you go. Genesis 1:26-27 are God's creations of all gentiles nations. God spoke and human beings were created, they replenished and multiplied. Cain & Abel were born in pairs of male/female twins the female twin being Cain's wife of course not mentioned just as Lot's wife name was not mentioned Just as Genesis 5:2 reads male & female were created but as named only Adam "Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called THEIR name Adam, ......." Hi Linda I don't know if Pastor Tiff has gotten back to you or not yet but I too have known the Lord45 years and I have started a lot of the Bible not in chronological order but I know the word of God but when I was in my church when I first started walking with Christ I started in the first five books of the Bible which we call the pentateuch if you were to email to if he could explain to you what the pentateuch is but it's actually the beginning in the Genesis Exodus Leviticus numbers and Deuteronomy they are the first five books of the Bible. That's where I started now I am deep into eschatology which is the end time Bible prophecy it doesn't matter where we are in these last days for God's word we just need to make sure we study to show ourselves approved unto God and to be able to be used until he returns. We read only the 66 book canon and fear all other books including ones that were found in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Many have been included in Bibles from other countries some have been purposefully hidden from others by the religious leaders. While Adam was the first human Yahweh created, Eve was not the first woman. Lilith was. She rejected Adam and this was why Eve was created from Adam’s rib, they would be truly made for each other and from Adam. When Cain went out from them, Lillith was waiting and she went with Cain. The “extra books” are awesome for finding out things that are not in the Canonized version we have. If you don’t accept them as scripture, you can read them and find out things that are history and still true. Yahweh knows us and he also knows we would have questions about things that are not in the 66 book canon. However, they can be checked by reading them and seeing if they hold true to the Bible you know and read all the time. There are many books, I know I have not read them all but I will read them and know that the “Holy Spirit” leads me in what is truth. Man decided the books that are in the Canon, not Yahweh. I know even the KJV had many of these books at one time but have been removed, also the decision of men. Blessings to all!
