Where Did Demons Come From?

As with many theological questions, there has been some discussion and debate on the origin of demons. In our Bible study today, I will explain the three primary theories on the origin of demons that are often debated by conservative Bible scholars:
1. Demons are the disembodied spirits of a pre-Adamic Earth
2. Demons are the offspring of angels and antediluvian women
3. Demons are the fallen angels that were cast from heaven to earth

Probably the clearest and most Biblical discussion regarding demons that I have found on KZbin and online. There is much disinformation about this topic online, even from well-respected, theologically educated representatives of almost every denomination. Consequently, wild theories abound, especially those claiming support in the Book of Enoch, which is not in the Bible for good reason!!! If I'm not mistaken, the NLT is about the only version of the Bible that says "demons" in Matthew 25:41. Most versions say "angels," which is the proper translation. To assume demons are synonymous with angels is to beg the question, i.e., to assume the very thing you're supposed to be proving.

This only proves further that demons are fallen angels who were led by satan. We all know demons and satans are always associated together. A translation from “ angels” to “ demons” in this sense doesnt change any meaning bug in fact clarifies it because those angels are associated with satan. All Demons are angels. Not all angels are demons. Fallen angels are demons. Those who followed satan into rebellion against God.

Pastor Tiff, can a truly saved Christian be possessed by a demon? I remember one of your teachings, that God makes all things new at conversion, therefore all generational curses as well as demonic oppression are gone. If the Holy Spirit is present no demon can be. The Bible provides some insights into the origin of demons, although it doesn't explicitly state their precise identity. The evidence suggests that demons are fallen angels. When Lucifer, also known as Satan, was cast out of Heaven, he took one-third of the angels with him down to Earth (Isaiah 14:12-15; Revelation 12:4, 9). These fallen angels are what we now refer to as demons. One of the clearest examples of identifying demons as fallen angels is found in the account of the demons in the Gadarenes. These demons saw Jesus and were frightened because they feared they would be tortured before the "appointed time" (Matthew 8:29). Additionally, in Matthew 25:41, Hell is described as a place for Satan and his angels to face eternal judgment at the appointed time. This further supports the idea that demons are indeed fallen angels. As believers, we can rest assured that Satan and his demons hold no power over us. They cannot even touch us (1 John 5:18; 1 John 4:4). We are protected by God and have been delivered from the evil one (Matthew 6:13; John 17:5).

There was a tribe that preachers went to, years ago mind, no contact with civilisation, preachers couldn't believe how godly they were, and asked how come you love God so much and not heard about him, They simply replied, God lives in our hearts. Where demons come from? They come from inside the church that is preaching a set of false doctrine! Read Ecclesiastes 12:13,14. John 14:15. . Proverbs 28:9 James. 2:10-12. Exodus 20:8-11. Ezekiel 22:26. Revelation 22:14. Isaiah 8:16, 20. Read and study these texts and you would not have to guess where demons come from.

Can you kindly teach about women in church according to what Apostles Paul and Peter wrote in their epistles.
