I really like that solo! It's not the first people think of when we say Riley's solo, but I always liked it! It really fits the vibe of the episode, and the choreo is very nice! I'm happy to hear that you did most of it, because for me it really represents Riley, and I really saw her personality in this solo!

Ahhh ha. You did ALLLL of this Choreo on your own. This was a big growing year for all of us. This entire process exploded and we all did our best! It was kind of always being created in the spot. I remember you coming in after hearing the song and you just knew what you were going to do. Sadly since I didn’t understand what we were doing or how I could affect things. None of you got proper credit. Yeah B!!! This is allllll you ❤️❤️❤️. You should teach this Choreo at a workshop. Also I feel the OG cast should all get writer credit since so much of the dialogue was spontaneous ❤😊❤😊. It’s like we all helped each other make a kick ass reality but not reality show!!! 😂❤

I hope everything gets fixed ASAP!!! ❤ Love your reaction to this solo; I think it shows both Riley's and your growth in confidence, when you said you felt more contained in that first solo and that you were holding back, I think Riley was like that too; she was definitely more shy and less confident in Season 1, so I'm glad that you showed that in your dancing and I think it worked out perfectly with her character and her growth on the show! This solo has always been a favourite of mine. The song and the choreography work so well together and fit the storyline so perfectly. Excited to eventually hear about your new project and to see the Portugal vlog 😊 Love the season 8 reactions, but will be equally happy with whatever videos you post during the nightmare that is renovations (so disruptive and crazy). Love that you got to choreograph that solo! Sucks that you had to deal with that flooding....the fact that the building and maintenance team don't have a responsibility to maintain the floors sucks, especially when there's mold (which is a health hazard). Hope you guys don't have to deal with problem for much longer

Question: so I was watching season 3 of the next step and in one of the episodes you say in your talking heads “I’m sorry Emily. I did this for you.” Kind of implying that this is an ACTUAL mockumentary, and that your talking to an audience and it’s not just an unanswered thing they do on the show. Can you awnser a question for me, because me and my best friend have debated it for forever and we can’t think🤣🤣 was seasons 1-3 all within the same year or not, because it seems like it would be, regionals then nationals then internationals, but at the same time we have no idea cause we don’t even have any idea how old the characters are and it’s kind of just a little confusing haha Riley’s first solo says quite a lot about her as a character if you ask me. Her head’s down a lot and her moves are particular and precise. It almost symbolises her shyness and need for perfection in season 1
