This is my first Barn Talk, I've been watching This'll Do Farm for quite a while. The farm name as you told about it is what I figured. Sawyer, I figured you were a bit older than you are, You're a hard working mature young man. I figured you had a fancy degree and all that BS. As a 65 year old carpenter, I can attest to the fact that working with your hands is a good way to make a living. It's too bad high school guidance counselors can't figure that out. Dirt Perfect has some good comments about the trades. I think it was Cole the Corn star who said he started his channel because there were kids in his school that had no idea what farming was. He said if people who lived in farm country didn't know, how would the rest of the world know. Your channel like his, yours , Andy at Farming, Fixing and Fabricating have educated us as to why food costs what it does. You all have explained it very well. Thank you from an old carpenter in Bath, Maine.

One of the biggest problems in the world today is people are so far Detached for were there food comes from. I live in Ireland and the media is the same here . So much false information . I farm calf to beef here and it is nice to see how ye do things different and how pigs are done over there. Keep the good work up 👍 .

What percentage of people do not know where food comes from ? I worked in retail for 38 years & watched this over the years , my thought would be a strong 85 % did not know or still don't , it's amazing how people did not pay attention in all the years ? My father farmed back in the 30-40 's with a team of horses , no tractor , only a few pictures , not many at all ? I watch farming & ranching shows all the time , Pueblo Colorado I am a Native , many a stories out there ? Bob
