It's funny how the nation talk sh*t about FSU fans but at the same time making money off FSU fans. Even if the conversation isn't directly related to FSU people still put FSU in the title or thumbnail. I'm just shaking my head at the hypocrisy and please don't get mad if we take offense.

When FSU and Clemson leave, the ACC will remain. UNC may still leave, but the ACC was built for the North Carolina schools, so they can’t get much better for them. As for others leaving, they would be hypocritical because they voted to sue FSU for asking a court ruling on the GOR.

Assuming no ND. Florida St, Clemson, UNC and UVA to the SEC. ASU & Utah to the Big 10. Replacements: Tulane & USF to the ACC & Fresno ( or UTSA) & SDSU to the Big XII

Utah is not getting a Big Ten invite. The Big Ten has been measured and slow to expand absent major shifts in the college fball landscape. And with those expansions, conference chemistry and impact on footprint were strong considerations. Had the ACC not poached Pitt and Cuse from Big Ten Country, the Big Ten would not have gone after Maryland/Rutgers. And existing relationships/history already existed with most of the Pac 12 teams through Rose Bowl and nonconf scheduling. At 18 teams, the Big Ten is approaching a threshold where conf scheduling cam become unruly and teams do not meet for 4 or 5 years. The Big Ten values its rivalry games so getting too big is a concern. I do not see the Big Ten wasting expansion on Utah, FSU, or Clemson.

I hate to tell everyone!!! Your never going to force Norte Dame into a conference. As long as Norte Dame is competitive and has a spot for a championship things are never going to change!!! Question why does it bother people that Norte Dame does their own thing??? Worry about your own teams??? Why does everyone want to force things on Norte Dame??? Let Norte Dame fail on their own and learn from their mistakes??? What pisses me off the most is the BIG10 is getting there revenue based on the population of there conference. Beyond Oregon, Ohio State, Michigan, and we'll throw in Penn State. The football in that conference is hard to watch it's like watching dead grass grow with teams that don't deserve more than 10 million a year. Lets talk about that and quit worrying about Norte Dame???

ND joins a conference (the B1G) when either a revenue gap threatens its competitiveness ~or~ playoff access is at risk. If the B1G and SEC go to ~24 each for a deep and wide enough consolidation to separate, they will do so and create a separate closed playoff with or without ND. ND would still be free to remain indy, but it would be competing for a Tier 2 natty.

@@tarheel7406 I wish the BIG & SEC would break off sooner than later. After a few years of SEC dominance it's going to lose its luster and no will give a fuck!!! Out of the 18 teams in the BIG now only 5 are manageable to watch... The other 12 teams are unbearable football there like watching dead grass grow!!! The SEC has some dead weight as well but way stronger at the top they have 10 teams that can compete for the conference title and national championship year in and out the others in conference except for Vanderbilt puts an exciting fun to watch football game. So lets face it there's really no P-2 it's an SEC power 1.... Better hope Florida State and Clemson don't go to the SEC if they do it would be a hard argument not to say that the SEC is a semi pro league by itself breaking away from college and doing their own thing. Leaving the BIG10 Big12 & ACC doing their own little championship!!!

If either FSU or CLEMSON breaks the GOR via litigation, that would do so for all members. A settlement that releases any member from the GOR would require a unanimous approval.

Great Show. But Keep in mind, 1) the gap between a weakened ACC and the Big12 even if they get Louisville, NCState, Pitt and Vtech will still be less than the Gap between the th B10 and the Big12. So as an easy example a recruit will see a bigger difference between the Power 2, the 2nd tier Big12 vs the Big12 and 3rd tier ACC 2) Aside from Boston College and Wake Forrest , every team remaining in the ACC is more valuable than G5 teams. Lets say ACC adds 2-3 West Coast teams and a Tulane,Memphis or UConn. They would either get their own CFP spot or pretty much ensure they win the Group of 5 spot every year. They would easily make over 25M per year after all os said and done. Even if Big12 makes 50m, that gap is 25M vs the gap with the Big10 that would be 40-50M

Why does everyone hate SMU so bad??? Look everyone SMU was a dominant program and got the death penalty for what is legal today. Don't ever think for a minute your top teams in the SEC & BIG haven't been cheating or your up in the air. Example look at Michigan last year. Harbaugh is scum of college football he did everything wrong to get a natty. I'm happy for SMU . The only reason I don't like it is because SMU is becoming a power again in football and to be honest with you my team now is playing them in a home and home. But as far as SMU buying their way in is absolutely ridiculous the Ohio States, Alabamas, Georgias, Michigans and many others have been buying their way to the top for years!

In my opinion if the BIG10' s lower tiers don't invest in football there media rights deal is going to be less. Yes they brought in some big brands, but only Oregon is expected to do anything. In saying so the BIG10 is still a 4 team league. Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Oregon. The Illinois, Rutgers, Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, northwestern, Michigan State, Wisconsin ECT aren't worth more than 15 million a year watching these teams play football is worse than watching dead grass grow!!! The average college football fan loves exciting back and forth games full of excitement and average fans like me make up for probably 40% of viewership. I'm not looking forward to seeing Florida State, Clemson ECT play all these bottom feeders it's not good for college football???

FSU only has an ~25% chance to land in the B1G in the near foreseeable. CLEMSON is at ~0% to the B1G.

The main thing is nobody knows anything about connections with these teams and so forth. All this talk these things are a bunch of people that think they no but in reality they don't have a fucking clue. Some ties in my belief between some of these teams and conferences run way deeper than we will ever no!
