You trying to be creative? You know how? Tell me. Tell me, you muse. Tell me your secrets. I will slurp them up. You're my juice box of creativity.
I think note booking is actually really helpful though- most weird skits like this start with a doodle paired with a few bullet points. It's also nice to write down ideas that aren't completely together yet so you don't forget it later.
Getting away from social media for a while can help your brain do a dopamine reset too so that you start to work with your own ideas a bit more- and come up with them more.
And a muse is good too. Great if you have a little gremlin in your closet too- but otherwise you'll have to find something else to inspire and motivate you. Surround yourself with people who do similar creative work and go look at some artists or read some stuff by people you like.

One great tip I've learned from is always keep a notebook at your bedside. Too many times I've had great ideas and simply forgotten them after waking up. Best to save them while existential crises last.

If you want to be creative, stress so hard about what you want to create that the process of creating feels like punishment and you stop wanting to create and you instead consume some media that other people created and you kick yourself for not being as creative as them. Hope that helps!

I take 3 notebooks to school every day- one for funny things that happen, one for my game concept (or *worldbuilding project* if I have to be professional) and one for when creativity happens
