I read a Crossover Fanfic where, Quincy Souls exist outside the Circle of Reincarnation. When they die their Souls go to the Quincy King, stew there for a bit and eventually they are born again. This time slightly stronger than before. That way every new generation is stronger than the last, explaning how they can keep up with Soul Reapers and Arrancars.

Their power became so dense that it has become a hazard. They can't just leave it lying about, but they can't destroy it either. The only option is to discard it, and the "dump" they chose is the primordial pit known as Hell.

No soul actually goes to Hueco Mundo when they die. Souls become Hollows when they are not passed on in time. Hueco Mundo is just for souls that have already become Hollows.

That is because the broken chain that once tethered the soul to the body will begin eating itself, and once it is gone, the soul will begin hollowfying. There are other factors that can speed up this process, but there exists nothing that can slow it down, let alone stop it completely. Besides, one of the very first Hollows we are introduced to is Orihime's brother, Sora, and he was definitely not an evil person.

Nope. It's the cycle of reishi. Bleach's version of reincarnation. There is no heaven or hell. You die, and your soul goes to Soul Society. Eventually, your soul dies, at which point you start over back in the world of the living. Rinse and repeat. Unless you end up in the primordial pit called Hell, eaten by/turned into a Hollow, or destroyed/absorbed utterly by a Quincy. At which point you're removed from the cycle

For those confused about the name Yhwach, the reason why it is pronounced yuhabaha is because that's how the name is pronounced in the japanese language. The actual spelling of the name Yhwach is based on the Hebrew tetragrammaton YHWH which is the name of God used by the Hebrews in the Old Testament. Kubo just added the extra letters. Maybe we did get parts of the answer in the source material. Captain Kurotsuchi said that he experimented on Quincies. At this point, he may have been lying, but probably not given his excitement at possibly experimenting on Uryu. Much later in TYBW Kurotsuchi is fighting a Quincy who makes it impossible for Shinigami to use their normal abilities to stand in mid-air but he left the Quincy ability intact. Kurotsuchi was able to successfully copy the Quincy technique and walk in mid-air. This verifies that Kurotsuchi did experiment on Quincies and this also means that they go to Soul Society when they die. As for where a Quincy soul goes upon soul death, that's a good question.

No... not a part of them, their whole soul goes back to Yhwach. It's Kubo's version of "a deal with the devil"... he grants you power in exchange for your soul upon your death, they are cut off from the natural reincarnation cycle as it technically isn't "natural". Yhwach is to the Quincy, what Reio is to Humans, Hollows, Fullbringers and Shinigami. The only loophole to get a soul back into the natural order is to survive Auswahlen which breaks the contract's terms that Yhwach can only take one's soul upon their death... If he forcefully tries to harvest a Quincy's soul through Auswahlen, he basically rips out blut (which is his power that mixes with theirs, becoming one) and with it, the soul as well. If you're special or strong enough, then at least your soul would be freed from that fate but you would lose blut, a majority of your volstandig's and schrift's power. And yes, Blut is originally Yhwach's own power... It's the only power he was born with. The opposite of Jugram (but that's another story). He even tried to steal Ichibei's power using Blut and succeeded once. The first time was in the anime canon flashback where he injected blut into Ichibei's arm and ripped out the Reio's hand. Yhwach even explained that he only aims to destroy the world to recreate a new world where death doesn't exist BECAUSE of all the souls in his body as he feels the pain and suffering that death brings to them. (he confirms that himself). The second time was in their fight, he injected blut into Ichibei and Ichibei forcefully pushed it out back into Yhwach causing him internal damage. But even with the little exposure to Blut, Yhwach was able to steal some of Ichibei's black. So yeah, his power is to take souls and whatever power contained in them is just a bonus.

Then in the novels Ichibei confirms this again and says that many Quincy's and Shinigami's souls were absorbed by Yhwach during TYBW. He also slurped Mihimagi and Soul King whole in case you forgot.

There is a answer in the manga, their souls are erased exactly like souls of enemies that were killer by them. Seuriously you missed whole point of last arc of Bleach. Whole war happened because Quincies power destrois natural balence by erasing souls from live circle, and it is directly poited out that soul of Quincie is erased after he dies as a price they pay for their power.

Everyone's soul that has a piece of his soul or got into contact gets usually automatically absorbed by him after they die, including Soul Reapers for example. Not just Quincys. But there are exceptions like when he uses Auswählen he can absorb them before they die but some might resist getting their own soul absorbed with a strong will and only get the piece of his soul absorbed. - they can survive - and even get their powers back after time They only lose Yhwachs piece of soul

They most prob don't have a "physical body" anymore is what he means, like usual humans have. Which is plausible considering they life in the Soul Society for centuries some even for a millenia.
