@@santiagobenites - Gotta respectfully disagree. Coop can win if ET is having an off-night. When ET is in beast mode, there's not a rider that can catch him. Eli is going to have a lot more good races than bad races. I see Coop finishing third if Sexton stops crashing. Fun to discuss.

@@neilreid2298 True. But don’t forget consistency is also a skill as well. Any moto head can pin it and hope for the best. That’s why Chase always crashes he’s pushing beyond his own limits and the bikes limits as well. Everyone always talks about how Eli and Chase are faster than Cooper… are they really though? Maybe with motocross where its mostly about speed, but with supercross - slow and steady wins the race. Your not going very “fast” if your on the ground or having a mental health day. Therefore, Cooper in a way IS faster than Eli and Chase at times. Hence why he’s the points leader. Doesn’t just happen for no reason, give the dude some credit. And don’t forget at Daytona, Coop was on Eli’s ass the entire race all the way up until the last second. He was riding Eli’s pace at one of Eli’s best tracks

Silly season just going on year around now?😂😂 I think it all hinges on Eli, and there’s no guarantee that he’s retiring. I mean, four months ago I was sure he’d be done after Supercross, but he may end up staying another 2 years. If Chase goes orange, I think Coop has gotta go somewhere. I agree, I can’t see him going green, but maybe he goes to HRC if Eli stays at Yamaha. But you know HRC will probably have both the Lawrence brothers on a 450 at Anaheim next year, so would there even be room for Cooper? I can’t see him on green, I highly doubt he goes Husky or GasGas. But if he doesn’t go blue idk where he’d end up. I think him and Tomac would be good, Ferrandis is gone. Dude can’t even make it three races anymore, so I think it would just be ET and Cooper. But who knows, maybe Coop surprises us all and sticks with orange and races with Chase next year.

I like to see coops on a honda..honda is competitive it's just sexton that throws them away. I think if they get coops they could win more maybe a championships but you have jett going 450 so that changes things but they do get along so it might help coops career

Star isn’t factory Yamaha. Star is the team that cooper won his 250 championships not the factory Yamaha that he struggled with until 2019. That said I could see IF chase leaves Honda and doesn’t go KTM he’ll go Yamaha replacing Ferrandis keeping his monster deal, Ferrandis goes KTM replacing coop and coop takes Sexton spot with Jett replacing Colt and leaving Hunter to get the 250 championships letting Chance develop more as 250 championships still are great for a brand like Honda.

Nahh canard is easily the most underrated. Won tons of races championships but crashed A LOT and missed a lot of time ultimately retiring because of that. I would wager that canard could still win if he wasn't cursed.

He liked the environment at KTM when he won two championships……because they liked him. The manufacturers have always struggled with staying behind their guys when they’re having an off period in their careers. It’s the business side that doesn’t mesh with the emotional side. I feel sorry for all these guys when they get treated this way. Gotta be a major mental hurdle when have to ride and you don’t think you’ve got the support from your employer. Then throw in a shi++¥ bike and they’re still blaming you. There’s way more to this life than getting out there and going fast.

Listen up, Weeb has never done anything that spectacular to impress me. When I watch races I look at speed not luck. Look at his results, got beat at every straight rhythm, his championships, were not based on impressive speed more gifts/luck. Had many opportunity in years past and currently to pull away from the two well known fast guys in Tomac and Sexton. if Sexton had 50 percent less falls Weeb would be maybe 3rd in points today. He has done absolutely nothing outdoors. If Stewart, AC, Anderson and Barcia wouldn't fall he would 5th in points. It's not a hate thing, yes he can get decent starts but that's it, there is no race craft, when faster riders fall it's luck for everyone behind. Weeb gets frustrated because he knows he doesn't have the speed of Tomac or Sexton and for that matter, Stewart, Anderson and Barcia,.

It wasn't until Travis Preston did a few podium interviews that I started noticing the riders personalities. Travis and Kevin Windham, based on their podium interviews, are two who I thought might actually be nice, chill people in real life (there are more, of course) but Webb for some reason...it's just hard to place him. His, 'I thank the jesus' comments are cringe for sure. I hope I'm wrong, he sure is fast, but I can see him being a downer at the trailer. Baggett was a robot interview but I can see him being a lowdown nice guy...
