Was this really 6 months ago? I thought they banned the stuff, I guess you can ban the plant but one plant makes thousands of seeds. . .so last year and the year before that the seeds are everywhere. I wonder if they are "volunteers" as gardeners say or if they are just planting anyways . . . who knows ?
