I can’t wait to get all the lairs. Queen Bargnot’s alone has been great for my players. I let them run through when playing new characters to get a handle on abilities or just to improve their teamwork.

So I don't really like 5e (both issues with the system itself and it just naturally doesn't gel with my group) but I love how these books sound. Do you think it'd be worth picking up for porting to other systems (like Savage Worlds) or just for their own enjoyment?

Can’t wait for this! Planning on running a 0-20 campaign using this book, the Delian Tomb (for 1st level) and the Level 0 adventure from Arcadia 9! Just need to sub out the goblins in the Tomb for kobolds and we’ll be good to go

Warhammer Quest 1995 uses D66 for randoms, and on a roll of 11 or 66, you roll on the next higher level. So you could face a bloodthirster at level 1 if you are extremely unlucky.

01:01:00 I know you'll already have thought more about this than I have, but for your RPG - what about the MCDM Monster book being part Flee Mortals/ Part New, then another book for the MCDM RPG in the same vein as Where Evil Lives, which recreates some of the removed content from the Flee Mortals conversion? I feel like having 'Flee Mortals! +' AND 'Where Evil Lives +' would be a great idea for your game.

Matt and James, you guys need to get with Hal at Shard. I am sure he would love to have these on his platform. It is absolutely the best VTT and tons of third party creators are there. Esper Genesis, Kobold Press, etc.
