Running an off license would generate multiple times their turnover and make a profit rather than losing £160k a year. They have large accumulated losses and £24k in the bank. The business isn't worth £30k let alone £3 million. It's not even a cashflow play.

Everything about it is self defeating. People drink to get drunk. Nobody is gonna get drunk off this product, you’d need to drink 30-40 pints of it. And by that time; you’d have consumed about 3500 calories.
