Where is all the Blackhorn 209? Has it been discontinued?

Here it is November 2023 and there's still no Blackhorn 209 in the Tyler Texas region. So messed up

And now it's March 2022 and I've yet to see a bottle of Blackhorn anywhere in my area. Just imagine how it would help the economy if we could actually find things, we want to spend our money on? Due to high labor costs and our government saddling industry with high taxes and regulations everything is made in China anymore it seems like. Now we can't even seem to get it unloaded off of container ships for a lot of the same reasons. Before I'm corrected, I know Hodgden is made here in the states, I don't live far from where they are headquartered, but talking in general here. Which makes it even stranger that I can't find the stuff in my area. Thankfully my three CVA rifles and one Traditions rifle shoot fine with the pellets, and I had an ample supply of 209 primers on hand because you can't find them now either. I've never seen a single box of the (Muzzleloader) primers either, they seem to be another unicorn in my area. I can't help but to believe that there is something going on with primers other than demand.

I bought a new Accura last March and it took me 6 months to find some blackhorn powder and 209 caps! I paid $55 for the blackhorn and $10 for 100 Winchester W209 primers! It would be nice to be able to go out and practice some more but I don't know if I can replace what I have found! It's absolutely crazy that you can't get muzzleloader supplies!

I've got 2 jugs of it that I bought last year for $55 each. I opened 1 to get my new accura sighted in and to use during hunting season! I wish that I could get some more so I could go out and practice some more and see what the accura V2 lr would do! It's a tack driver at 100yds! 😁

It's now June and still none.. likely there will be none before hunting seasons begin. There are not billions of powder hunters. Games are being played with supply of everything in order to spike prices. The goal is to manufacture less and charge more. Lumber is a perfect example. There is no shortage of anything.

2/7/22 I’ve seen BH 209. It cost more than Pyrodex but I’m going to get some soon and if I like it it may be all I use.

I've been using blackhorn powder for several years now and it's the best powder I've ever used! I got lucky last year and found 3 jugs for $55 each! I got 2 for myself and 1 for my buddy! Took me about 6 months to get some 209 primers! Hopefully they will last me for a while!

February 2024 and none to be found anywhere. Maybe I'm seeing something that isn't there but, when Western Powders owned it, there was plenty anywhere you looked and for an affordable price. Since the takeover, nprices have skyrocketed and supply doesn't exist. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to see something isn't right with this product.

Cabelas and the box stores here have nothing. No gunpowder of any kind.. one employee told me they haven’t had percussion caps in stock for months... like 6 months.

Believe or not ...wally world discounted what supply that they had in inventory.. I bought every can they had...at 1/4 of Retail price ..now this was before the powder ..primer panic .....i have enuff blackhorn to last me till i "GO UNDER"

Whatever happened to Black MZ? I’ve seen a lot of bad reports by people who are obviously Keyboard Commando types. I have actually used it and found it to be about the best substitute for BP there is. Only thing it won’t work in is Flintlock guns. Not as powerful as Blackhorn 209 or 777 but more like 2F black. Would like to know if anyone has any info on this stuff. Please respond only if you’ve actually tried it.
