WOW! You literally sound like a carbon copy of myself. NO LIE! Same deal with being a stay at home mom for years, only i have 5 kids. I was very lonely, and I went through the same thing regarding my KZbin channel. I used to upload natural hair videos to my old Curls of Innocence channel (my kids and myself). I wasn't super popular yet, but my life was so bad that I couldn't focus on the quality of the videos. So when I stopped, I literally got depressed along with the loneliness from constant homeschooling and having ZERO supportive family members or friends. Just this year alone, I made a lot of changes, cut off several toxic family members, chopped off other stresses that didn't help me, got a part time job, and stopped bleaching my hair after 10 years! Now it's flourishing more than I have ever seen it flourish, and I'm so ecstatic about it! I'm about to be waist length with thickness rather than waist length being straggly! No more big chops. 😋

I took my latch hook braids out and discovered thinning from my forehead all the way back to the top of my hair. I washed, conditioned, used leave in conditioner, trimmed and massage my hair, but the damage is done. And, with so much info I don't know which way to turn. Again, I'm glad you're back!

It’s amazing how some of our greatest hurdles in life can be attributed to toxic ppl and how we allow them to infiltrate our lives unknowingly. Doesn’t life feel so much better once you decide to kick them out? Now you can enjoy your beautiful babies and hubby in PEACE. Life is challenging enough without the extra burdens of having people who don’t value you, respect you, love on you in ways you deserve. I’m proud of you for making the decision to improve your mental wellbeing without being concerned if someone else’s feelings were hurt. I did the same.
