About a month ago I was on the road to visit a company and after refuel at the gas station I couldn't start the car anymore at all, so i got out to see what's up. Suddenly there was that car, a man coming out, his family in it. He asked me if I could pay for gas so he could continue to drive, I did it. After that I tried to start my car again and it started without any problem. God is amazing, he helped out this brother and tested me at the same time.

I can warmly recommend Jordan Peterson An Antidodote to Chaos+Beyond Order, if u havent read them. His book Maps of Meaning, about how myths is the foundation of culture is something of a golden motherlode. The youtube lectures on the bible also brings perspective.

Amen. We can have faith to the point we raise the dead and end up hearing "depart from me i never knew you" because of what we do and do not do for the less fortunate and those in need. I dont think its a coincidence that John is give a reed to measure the temple as one definition of reed is "weak person". The church will come together and look like it did in acts as far as all having all having their needs met or it wont be recognized as the church.

Repetitive motifs are a natural phenomenon in the Bible because they express the work of the Spirit. However, this does not mean that all of the current theories in this direction have a real background. I believe you are on to something. The Torah was given to us by GOD as an instruction manual to help us live the most righteous life possible, not for salvation. Our obedience to it show our love for HIM.

You say you copy the examples of the Great figures of the Torah David for example had many wives how do you feel about that? Also do you believe that the New Testament is more important in the old? Personally I don't, I hold the Old Testament much higher if Jesus were alive I believe he would agree with me, the New Testament appears to me to be a European interpretation of the original scripture especially with modern day Christian leaders it seems that they got very confused at some point.
