South Korea is meant to be a civilised society but if they punish accused people even without a SHRED of evidence, how is 'guilty before proven innocent' in any way civilised? Even if he was a bully in high school he is a grown man now and people can change for the better and to cancel someone based off their past isn’t right especially if there isn’t any current bad behavior! Why do these idols apologise for something they haven’t done? I’ve heard of this numerous times, someone makes an accusation, the accused denies it all but then apologises anyway and it finally comes out that it was a false accusation. Several actors have had their careers ruined because of this. The accusers should be named right from the start and it should automatically go to court, then if the person making the claim is found to be lying they should go to prison. That would almost certainly slow down the current tidal wave of stupid people making false claims.

Being involved in some bad stuff during his school days may be considered as normal for young people. But since he had matured, I believe his character or personality would have changed at some point as well. These netizens should pay for their fault. Not just the first one, all of them. It's crazy, that only one misconduct as a child could destroy someones carrier and life. The actors shouldn't agree with these contracts and the police should investigate these cases more. It's too bad, that they are too busy with G-Dragon and Hwasa's minor cases, because this accusations are more harmful to the society. Idols and actors treated good until they are act perfect and working to death, but in the minute when they are show that they are humans too, the public start hating them. I think that the "Netasins" who spoke the lies against him should be held financially responsible to reimburse his past agency of their financial loss to the production company, the production company should also be reimbursed because they had to hire another actor and re-film everything, and they should be forced to give him reimbursement for his lost income as an actor. Replace the actor's lost property like his car, his home, savings, etc because he lost his acting job. If the liars can't or won't pay? Throw them in jail. Evaluate the imprisonment cost per day and apply it to what was owed. That should be fair for spreading all those lies. His former agency lost $3 Million Wan, plus the production company's cost to hire another actor and re-film everything, plus what he was being paid as an actor in the series and what was spent towards investigating these false allegations. It's called "liable", "slander", and "defamation of character" when cruel people make up lies to use against other people. They should be punished. Since spread the lies on social media; they too should be put on social media and exposed as liars and still made to pay full reimbursement or be put in prison.
