'쓰다' tends to be used when you're in a creative mood, like when you're writing a diary or book. '적다' tends to be used when you're just jotting down or copying down practical stuff- like your grocery list or a new phone number. I hope this explanation clarifies the reason behind '적혀 있다.' Even if you use ‘쓰여 있다’, people would still understand your intended meaning, but the difference lies in how natural it sounds.

Annyeong! Not all cafes are the same. More cafes openly display restroom passcodes or Wi-Fi passwords on their walls. (That’s why Snow White didn’t keep her receipt, unaware that it would cause trouble later. I’ve encountered similar trouble a couple of times at Korean cafes, which inspired me to make this video. 😅) But nowadays, many cafes face a problem: people who don’t buy anything still use their facilities. To tackle this, some cafes now print the passcodes or passwords on receipts. That way, only paying customers can use the Wi-Fi or restroom. 😎
