Where's the Gold - 025 - The Other Josh - A gold prospecting adventure in Northern NSW

The Other Josh, Josh Lards, joins me for a hike up a creek in Northern NSW Australia looking for gold bearing ground. You may have seen Josh’s sapphire cutting online under his name or follow @JoshuaJewels. Upon arrival it seemed the hunch had paid off. Gold pickers littered the bedrock and I unlocked a new spot to return too on a later date. I love prospecting for gold and would love it if you hit the subscribe and notification bell and joined me on my journey to unlock more gold bearing ground across this great brown land, Australia. WOOHOO ! fist like. Definitely want to try my luck around that area, I can get access to a river on private land not far from Woodenbong. Nice bright gold in that river, I once creviced 1.1 gm in 3 hours at Advancetown in the Gold Coast hinterland, who would have thought !

Good call to hit it when water was flowing. It’s crazy how gold gets down into the smallest cracks of fractured bedrock the timing has to be perfect for a flat piece to be on edge and actually hit the crack at the right angle… odds are extremely high for it it happen I reckon. How did Josh do? Did you beat him? Great adventure thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
