Very nice community I had every intention of moving there from fort Lauderdale I did look at the Hallmark, fast forward 6 months later went back over there to speak with Jeff and the house went up $90,000, nope lost interest staying with my son till I find something that doesn't have over the top price

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. $90,000 for the same house is crazy. Where do you live in Fort Lauderdale? We lived in a condo behind the Publix on 17th Street Causeway and worked in Dania Beach before relocating to NE Florida in 2014.

All houses are cramped together and they keep raising prices. Corridor in the hallmark model is just a stupid design, not an open space.! First thing you see is a wall. Architect messed that one up.
