I walk my dog back and forth to the Franklin Park Conservatory several times a week!!! I love older neighborhoods that are well taken care of.

@@LivinginColumbusOhio614 yea, I work in IT as a "millennial" and its my first house. I was born and raised in Detroit. Detroit is an awful city, even the "nice" parts are terrible. Columbus is such a great city for young 30 year olds like me trying to start a life. When I graduated I knew that I wanted to live in a thriving and growing city that is still affordable. When I moved here in 2016 Columbus hit all the right economic which is exactly I knew buying a house this past summer was such a smart move. And I was right. I think its important to rent an apartment before you buy so you can get to know the city first. But once you fall in love, you gotta buy and not rent. And so far, I love my new hometown. I dont think I'll ever leave Columbus. Lol

I’ve learned some of my favorite and least favorite areas. Really like Westerville and Worthington if I were to buy in the bubble. Gahana, Lewis Center, Powell, New Albany, Canal Winchester, and Marysville have been my favorite outside the bubble. Still learning downtown, German Village, Short North, and Franklin Park area lol.

As a person who uses a wheelchair. I would really like to see something on where someone like me is going to have rhe best options for getting around, renting apartments, and accessability to things like supermarkets and the such.

Hi! I’m thinking of relocating from Toledo to Columbus in April 2023. I’m a new investor in the Multi Family real estate game. I’m thinking of starting out with a triplex or either a four unit property while living in one unit and renting the others out… Any suggestions on growing neighborhoods that I should focus on first?? From my research , I love the Victorian Village homes and I like the Old Town East Area . Thanks

@geoffnash3098 Жыл бұрын
Easton sucks its getting really bad there. Lots of drugs there and to damn many panhandlers. You watch these so called homeless people and then you follow them and they get in a car and drive off they should be arrested.

Columbus has the most impatient drivers. They have been voted third most impatient drivers in America. And an impatient driver is a dangerous driver. “Tail Gate city”. Everywhere you drive you will be tail gated. Get ready to disregard the speed limit or you will be passed in the most dangerous situations. Generally, speed over curtsy. In an accident, you cant tell the Judge - “Everybody else does it.”

Another BAD KZbin video with a 10 minute introduction.First impressions are everything and not a lot of people are going to hang around for nonsensical yammering before getting to the subject.Stick with being a real estate agent and leave video production to those who actually do it for a living.

In a different county, stay out of Columbus! Your chances of being a victim of crime and sky-high!

Columbus is the safest big city in the Midwest. Of course in any city crime can possibly get you but Columbus is safer than most cities.
