WHERE THE TRAIN TRACKS LEAD, Finnish Teleportation Trick - My Summer Car Gameplay Highlights Ep 43

We're checking out these new train tracks that were added in My Summer Car. Besides being freaking death traps are car destruction, they also lead into tunnels on opposite sides of the map. The tunnels are pretty long and once you get to the end you get to see the secret message of power. I even went so far as to translate the message, how do you like that? Also, therein lies the discovery of how to teleport at will across the board, which is going to make travel much much easier. We're going to be living out of the cabin for a while I figure, so now it's just a matter of getting it stocked with sausage and beer for the Summer.

ABOUT: MY SUMMER CAR:
MY SUMMER CAR is the ultimate car owning, building, fixing, tuning, maintenance AND permadeath life survival simulator. You start the game with hundreds of loose parts and assemble both car and engine. Not only you need to maintain your car, but yourself as well. Sausages, beer and sleeping will do just fine.
If everything goes well, you have a working car which you can use for various 1990's Finnish countryside summer activities. Basically doing stupid things under influence of alcohol. After you have gathered extra money from various random jobs, you can start to tune and upgrade the car with parts ordered via snail mail. You can turn the car into a obnoxious bass-boom disco machine.... or into a rally car to participate rally competitions... or just fix it into perfect factory condition. Of course car also needs to pass the inspection or you might get into trouble with police.
Not only you have access to one car, but also several other cars and vehicles which you can use. (Mostly useful to get groceries and for towing the project car from some ditch, again).
Warning, this game is not for fainted heart. Severe car fever is required to play this properly due to it's autistic approach on car building.

"In the/a tunnel" is slang for drunk, so it basically says, you're drunk, go home.

In Finland we have this saying "Umpitunnelissa" or "Tunnelikännit", meaning heavily drunk. That message at the end of the tunnel was a reference to this and it does have double meaning. Literal translation of that sentence in the end of the tunnel was "You are in the tunnel. Go back to the home and sleep over night" but it can also mean "You are heavily drunk, go to home and clear your head".

Speak for yourself, I do care! I think it's cool to beat the borders and come to together to learn how to describe the assholes all over the world =D This "gopnik", I've heard about them. There's even Wikipedia page, too bad the English version is so short compared to russian. My russian mostly consists words suka, blyat, holodno and err...zapiska! It's funny, but we have a lot of slang words used by youth that are originally from Russian and they go way further back in time than most of the kids really know. Such as "hotsittaa - hotetsja" and "mesta - mesto" or my favourite "sapuska - zakuska" which is very widely used, tho in Finland it means food in general instead of breakfast.

Another great video. Excellent content Gray; Some of the best on MSC. Gray days are the best days I always says. You can head-butt almost anything in the game. You were too far away to grab things though. You need to crouch or kneel (prone). You can Repair the cars dents, and back up your save file by going to your disk the game is on Local Disk (C:)> Users> Your name> AppData> LocalLow> Amistech> My Summer Car and you will have 6 files there copy and paste them somewhere to back up your save. To get rid of all your car damage except the broken windshield you can over right the meshsave.txt file with one from a fresh game save (after backup start new game> copy meshsave.txt to desktop> copy your backup save over the new game files except for the meshsave.txt (next time you can just copy the meshsave.txt you saved to the desktop into your data folder)

GrayStillPlays: Don't leave the car on for hours on end. I left it on and slept at the house to see what would happen. The lengthy idling didn't burn any fuel, but it wore the engine out and it blew up after a bit of driving. It didn't matter if I adjusted the carb again or topped off the radiator.
