The last thing you said about the carryover from tricking to real life is so true. Tricking gives me confidence that I’m capable of accomplishing anything I want to and really helps me to break down and analyze situations as I would when learning and perfecting new tricks

KICKING THROUGH YOUR TARGET! My mom used to take karate and her old teacher used to tell her that then she told me but you just said it! Awesome!

What are the prerequisites for tricking? Like being fit and muscular( I meant physical fitness less fat body) ability to strech legs, splits like wise.

Any fully-abled person can do it, all you need is space to practice

To either Brendan or the tricking community, I’ve been having trouble trying to go from a hook kick to a raiz or gumbi, any tips to make it better? Ps. Keep up the good work and in part to you I finally have my standing backflip
@vincenttran65096 жыл бұрын
Oxcar Martínez practice your gumbi from backside. This will force you to balance on your jumping leg and help you get a better carrythru
