Bocconcino looks like a place I've got to try. I love authentic Italian food. I used to love the food at Allegrini Mozzarella (Little Italy Hawaii) at the 'Ohana Hale Marketplace, especially if I had the chance to talk to the really fun and outgoing Italian chef/owner Pasquale Allegrini. I even got to eat a dish his mama prepared when she was visiting from Italy. I haven't been there since they moved to Kapahulu (Amanda's old neighborhood). I looked back and saw you did one of your first videos at the OHM and had some dishes from there, but I wonder if you'd like to feature his restaurant in Kapahulu sometime. Delizioso food at reasonable prices. Let him know you're coming and I'm sure he'll go all out for you and talk about the cheese and ingredients he imports from Italy and his mama's cooking, etc. He's very active and supportive in the community as well. Oh, and the Happy Lemon bubble waffles look 'ono and something I also have to try. I like to see what you guys order at new places because I'm usually not sure what's good, especially for the drinks. At least when I see your choices and reactions, I can narrow down my decision. Hope you can relax after your last vlog and have a Merry Christmas!

We had no idea the Bocconcino opened and we got to Hana Koa right next door all the time! (You should def check it out if you haven't yet.) The sandwiches didn't look like any panninni I've ever seen, but they looked delicious none the less.

I've had pinsa in Rome. It's light and easily digestible. You should have eaten it first since it's meant to be eaten as soon as it comes out of the oven. Felix mentioned two paninis but panini is plural; panino is singular.

I love Italian food and cheeses. However, all of the ants in those would have scared me away, demanding a refund. What other pestilence is hidden there? Otherwise, the new restaurants look great. Bubble tea shops where we live frequently close due to lack of business. Most of them are small takeout joints located in grimy old Chinatowns. Their drinks look nasty. Like something pooped in them.
