late reply, constantly dash to avoid the bullets, and target the arrows first, then the vanessa's, my tactic is to run clockwise around the border

Really late but when you beat the game you can choose chapters go to chapter 4 to play the game and go to chapter 5 to fix her

I think the chapter select only becomes available after you beat the game once. Then you can select chapters on all profiles.
