Where to find/locate Winre.wim?

Thank you. I did a factory reset before on my computer not long after getting it with no problem. After upgrading the SSD and cloning the system, I need to do one but this Recovery Evironment issue was stopping me and was extremelly frustrating. I'm not brilliant whith explainers on CMD with text, it just too unclear what to do for someone not used to it. This video made the process relitively pain free and got me to where I needed to be. I now have my Factory Reset available and ready to go, wish me luck.

Sir, what happened to my laptop if I don't see the winre.wim file in my recovery partition which I mounted as well as in C drive also... I unhide the hidden files as you shown in the video... There's recycle bin, there's system volume information file folders but not winre.wim file. Please help me sir... I'm unable to get winre.wim file by any means

R u delete healthy recovery partition?? If u have done that it will delete automatically well I'm also facing the same issue now wat happens if the winre.wim file is not there means u can't create a recovery partition r recovery environment which helps us to recover the data in our our system so wat u need is if u want "winre.wim" File back u want create recovery partition in ur os u have to clean install the system then u will get I didn't install os cuz I'm using a life time warranty for my os I don't know how to active it with my product key I never done that soo I leave it now....

Awesome. Found the wimre and copied it, then reset the laptop. Wanted to keep all the vendor apps, drivers, etc so clean reinstall would have been a nightmare.

Hii this is sai I'm facing a problem I mistakenly deleted healthy recovery partition I don't known wat is it exactly on that time but now I'm facing so many issues I can't run big files like AAA games n I trying to reset laptop but it was showing "could not find the recovery environment" N I search for "winre.wim" File in recovery folder but it was not there plzz help mee to get the recovery partition back...

you don't, you don't need to change it, since it still includes system files in it, you don't need to change it

how if you are taking a winre.wim file from a diffrent version of your current windows that already installed, is that still work?
