It depends on your state. In California the license plate has to be commercial, either personal name with a dba or company name. Affiliates will most likely just require proper certification and commercial insurance

Well, I am from Austin, Texas. I don't think it has to be commercial. However, I'm able to rideshare with my personal name.

What are the average cost earnings from high to lowest?. I'm from Dallas (Uber X)and I've driven in Austin during the big events. I only see like 10-15 Black SUV's at any given time at the airport. But, I see MORE Black SUV drivers on the streets.
