Thank you Emma…. Question, where does the always great at maintaining weight, but menopause hits, and egad so does 30-40 pounds…. What category do I fall into? Also, no hormone therapy, mom had breast cancer, and died of cancer literally everywhere, her brother also had prostate cancer, hence no hormone therapy.

The categorising is mainly to separate those who need education from those who already understand but physically don’t feel able. So it depends on which side of that you fall.
