Where to go during Costa Rica's "Rainy Season”? with Elena Rohrmoser

Visited Puerto Viejo last December, had a great time and was advised October is best season. Re-visiting next month. Might catch some rain on the drive but historically dry in Sep and Oct.. Been to CR several times and my tico family consensus favor Puerto Viejo as their best destination. They were right.
