The Mayon volcano is just south of Mt Malinao. Just up the coast there is a elementary school (now closed) called Maynonono where I donated a large box of supplies. There is a small group of houses on a small river called Mayon just a few 100 yards south from the school. A pretty teacher wanted me to help her migrate to the US. Been there twice around 1999.-2000. Always wanted to go back as I know people there. It is a interesting story in my life as there is more. Tq for this video.

Of course Balabac Island, Coron, El Nido, Amanpulo, Huma Island, Honda Bay all in Palawan, Boracay Island, Best Sand bar Kalanggaman in Leyte, Cresta De Gallo in Romblon Tablas Island, Bon Bon Beach , Lapuz Lapuz Beach, Siargao is gorgeous but devastated right now.

Can’t believe Malapascua and Bantayan Islands weren’t mentioned, having been to both of them, they certainly need to be mentioned imo, two of the best and beautiful islands! In my honest opinion Baguio is worth a visit but it gets quite cold and the weather is often rainy, accommodation is not that great, very hilly and takes a long and boring bus ride to get there!

Yah, they are gorgeous places, thats why it is hard to pick places to explore if you have thousands of other choices to pick of places which you think are aready beautiful and stunning to your mind, then it will pop up some people will tell you there are other places that are equally nice if not better that you didnt know that exist.. Stay safe

You should do a report on Manila (no joke). The city has the best hospitals and western amenities where you could only find bagels or other western comforts. I know there is traffic, crime, pollution,, higher cost of living, etc, etc.. In a big city you don’t need to buy a scooter since public transportation is available. I would like you to compare it to other big city capitals in SE Asia like Bangkok, KL, Saigon, etc.

Makati is the main western oriented part of Manila, where everything is available for a western lifestyle. Also a few areas outside the main central area, like Fort Bonifacio Global City, Ortigas Centre and McKinley Hill all are very modern with mostly upmarket property’s and condos with very good shopping facilities! All these areas are very liveable, but Bangkok, KL and Saigon would be much cheaper, probably Jakarta would be on par with Manila in terms of cost of living. Vientiane and Phnom Penh would be a little cheaper imo!

Chung there is a volcano that is a perfect cone in Bicol, not sure if I have it spelled correctly. I will try to find where it is and see if you have ever been there. I visited there twice. It is where I met the NPA gorilla's that are catholic and bough them white lightning.
