I was surprised when doing my driver's license test when the booklet said "pedestrians have the right of way". I was shocked lol. I gotta say that it has become a little bit better in that regard, cause it was even worse before.

Santa Ana is a growing city with a lot of potential… I recommend Arizona or el Sinaí neighborhood.. plus you have the ruta de las Flores only half an hour away lake coatepeque only 15 minutes Santa Ana volcano only 30 minutes away. Great potential in Santa Ana

I definitely would want to get a house for a family and I also want a bilingual international school for my kids which I know Zaragoza has. Is it better to live in a house on the outskirts of San Salvador or in Zaragoza to raise a family?

It really depends on what you're looking for in terms of education, after-school activities, and sports for your kids, how much you're willing to drive, and whether you want beach access within a 20/30-minute drive.
