The houses in that area are around $450/year HOA...so around $37 a month.

Consider okc area Vs tulsa Okc has more to offer esp in healthcare Ou medical center campus is a level 1 trauma ctr only one in sev states and Childrens is among the best around Stephesons cancer ctr dean a mcgee eye institute etc Okc is booming

Are there plenty of restaurants and stores? Family friendly? Highly rated schools? Convenient and easy to get around? We are in DFW and thinking seriously of moving to OK. We need a big house, at least 3700 sq ft, 5 br, 4 bath with a study and we're looking to move within the next several months to 1 year.

I was looking in Zillow and found nothing for sale besides a set of future construction houses. I won’t be buying for at least 4 years but I’m doing my research now. Military retiring in 4 years.

Yes inventory is a little low. But there are some gems out there in all price ranges. I just showed a house to a couple yesterday and the sellers had come off the price $100k. Things are looking better for home buyers already. 😊👍

I am just glad I live in Oklahoma. Oklahoma ranks 46th in the nation in property tax burden per capita. Not too bad.
