Welcome to Simble Things, the channel where I talk about living with C-PTSD & Mental Health issues
It can be overwhelming when we think about our healing path, how do we work out what to focus on?
C-PTSD has so many components to it, so it can be confusing and difficult to know what to tackle. We all need to find our own direction with our healing and see what makes sense for us. There is no perfect way to do this, and there will be many ups and downs, but you can work it out and advance on your way.
