Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel on Beach Road is right on the bus route, next to a 7-11, near massage parlors etc & a very modern hotel w/a great beach view. I stayed there 2x on my most recent visit. Nice restaurant inside as well. It was well priced via the usual online booking apps. 4th floor pool & a 2nd pool in back at ground level. The ladies at the counter were all helpful and sweet, but make sure your phone has Google Translate.

Great job Tony! Thank you for your hard work, and be careful out there on the roads . I want to retire in Jomtien. I'm waititng over here in Vietnam, to see if Thailand might offer 45 day or 90 day visa exempts to more countries (I'm American) OR I may just wait for the low season.I'm determined to find a condo within walking distance/short baht bus to the beach for under 12K for long term stay. ;-)

I am using my personal experience (I have been living in Pattaya since 2016) and using Internet searches sometimes AI (Bart) for detailed searches. There are some apps for searching hotel prices ( Booking, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Hotels, Trip, Kayak, Expedia, etc.) There is no only one app which you can search every price for hotels and condos all together. I am spending hours for 30 min hotel and condo prices video and adding QR codes of the Websites for helping the viewers reach these links easily. For the condos, you can check some real estate company websites ( Hipflat, thailand-property, ddproperty, etc.). Sometimes, I couldn't find any information online, and I am going and asking personally . If you want to check the updated daily prices and availability of these condos or hotels, I advise you to use QR codes from my videos for accessing their websites easily. I am always giving the links for the cheapest prices.
