Many of the life coaching sessions I conduct are about this very topic and the truth is you are so much more than being divorced or being bankrupt or whatever. The things we go through, life changing events or not, do not define who you are. They are simply chapters of your story. Yes, it’s hard to remember in the moment and that’s okay. Sometimes in the middle of a chapter, we can lose sight of the whole story. What’s important is that you recognize when a new chapter starts and keep moving forward with the story instead getting stuck in the previous chapter. LIVE YOUR STORY!
