We can easily get sucked into the perspective that everything is going well for others but not for us. Look, its true, LIFE CAN BE HARD. Life inherently has its ups and downs, but if we consciously recognize that it is our response to the downs that sets the tone for the days to come, we can start to transform or life and how we experience the world around us.
It's been my experience as a transformational coach that when we practice intentional living, we shift not only our experiences but our life as well. The effort is worth it - Live the life you want!
